Supported Payment Methods

Brew Equip currently accepts Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments only.

We have chosen this payment method to keep pricing competitive and avoid the high processing fees associated with card payments, allowing us to offer better value to our customers.


Accepted Payment Method

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Customers can securely pay via bank-to-bank EFT using their preferred South African bank.

Payment details are provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email once an order has been placed.


Payment Process

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified
  • Orders are processed in line with our Order Processing & Shipping Policy
  • Proof of payment may be requested to speed up verification

Payment Security

  • All payment instructions are clearly displayed during checkout
  • Brew Equip does not store or have access to customer banking credentials
  • EFT payments are processed directly between the customer and their bank

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

  • Approved refunds are processed via EFT
  • Refunds are made to the same bank account from which payment was received
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
