Returns & Exchange Policy

At Brew Equip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and included items are returned

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival:

• Items that have been used or installed
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
• Products returned without original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
